• If a customer’s property is inaccessible (e.g., locked gates, blocked driveways), service may be skipped or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
   

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate property details and contact information.
   
• Notify us of hazards, irrigation equipment, or underground utilities prior to service.
   
• Maintain safe conditions for staff to perform work.
   
• Keep pets secured during service visits.
   

Rockingham Lawn Care is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards, hidden objects, or improperly installed irrigation or landscape features.

• Payment terms will be provided on your invoice or service agreement.
   
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, credit/debit card, or online payment platforms.
   
• Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees.
   
• Accounts with unpaid balances may have services suspended until payment is received.
   
• Returned checks may incur an additional fee.
   

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Same-day cancellations may result in a service charge.
   

• Snow removal subscriptions or seasonal contracts are non-refundable once the season begins.
   
• Per-push or per-storm services canceled after a storm begins may still be billed.
   

• Deposits for landscaping projects are non-refundable once materials are purchased or scheduling has begun.
   

Rockingham Lawn Care will make reasonable efforts to avoid damage during service. However:

• We are not responsible for damage to items left on the ground (hoses, toys, decor, cables, etc.).
   
• Customers must mark known hazards, including invisible dog fences, sprinkler heads, septic system components, or low-lying obstacles.
   
• Any damage caused by our negligence will be evaluated and repaired or credited at our discretion.
   

Outdoor services are subject to weather conditions. Rockingham Lawn Care may delay, reschedule, or modify services during rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions.

Rockingham Lawn Care may terminate services for:

• Non-payment
   
• Unsafe property conditions
   
• Repeated cancellations or scheduling conflicts
   
• Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable customer demands
   

Customers may terminate recurring services with proper notice, unless bound by contract terms.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Rockingham Lawn Care is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rockingham Lawn Care, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
