Invoicing and Billing

All customers receiving weekly services will be billed on the first of each month and will have 20 days to complete payment

All other products or services will have a 20 day payment period starting from the end date of said product or service

Any customer that has not paid their invoice within 20 days will be charged a $25.00 late fee along with a letter notifying them that all services has been suspended until their remaining balance has been paid

On-Site Safety

All persons, hoses, sprinklers, pets, toys, or any other objects on the property must be removed prior to the commencement of the product or service

No persons or pets shall remain within 75 feet of any active or running equipment owned or ran by Rockingham Lawn Care LLC in case of unexpected debris dischargement 

All driveways and patios are subject to being disregarded if any debris or asphalt that could potentially damage a vehicle or other property is present

A fine will be added onto the final invoice if any employee has to remove hoses, sprinklers, pets, toys, or any other objects on the property that prevents equipment from safely moving throughout the property

A fee will be added onto the final invoice for any dog droppings that has not been removed prior to company arrival

Property Access: Rockingham Lawn Care LLC and it's subcontractors reserves the right for full access of the property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Cancellation/Refund Policy 

No product or service that Rockingham Lawn Care LLC offers supports any type of refund  policy. All booked services require a 10-day notice for any cancellations
